Payment & refunds

❤ I accept payment on boosty only (you can pay via PayPal there)❤ I work on a full prepayment only. I start work after I've received the payment in full❤ Please do not send any payment until I have agreed to give you a slot and have requested that you send the payment❤ I reserve the right to decline any order that I am not comfortable drawing for any reason❤ If I am unable to complete/to start the commission, the commissioner will receive a refund based on the progress made (full refund if i haven't started working on it)

Process

❤ I will be sending you reviews (sketch, flat colors, early rendering, and fully finished rendering). Revisions are only allowed at the sketch, flat colors and early rendering stages.❤ During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress images, which will be smaller than the final version❤ The time to complete the commission can range from 1 week to 1 month, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece and the amount of other commissions i'm working on❤ Please let me know if you have a specific date when the drawing should be finished. I'm totally okay with deadlines❤ If anything happens that may delay the initially estimated deadline, I will let you know about it as soon as possible❤ I don’t charge for the first 3 revisions. Each additional revision will cost $5 USD on top of the agreed price (unless the revision is due to misunderstanding from my side, in which case, of course, those revisions are free)❤ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Final file formats are usually PNG
